I found the staff friendly. They always smiled. they let me store my luggage after checkout, super useful. i really enjoyed my stay. i recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
the breakfast was good, though the options seemed pretty basic to me.

The reception operated 24/7. This provided reassurance throughout my stay. i noticed there was also a bar that remained open offering late refreshments. luggage storage was available. I appreciated this service after checking out.

the hotel offered a breakfast with many different items to try!!! i found several things i enjoyed. the dining area was clean and well kept each morning of my visit.

The hotel is centrally located. It made accessing many spots very simple. i especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. I was not disturbed by outside noise. public transport was also easily accessible from the hotel.

My son and I enjoyed our stay a lot. The Taborstraße subway stop is only two blocks away. It is also a short 15 minute walk into the city center. The hotel lobby has a LOVELY design and our room was spacious. The staff provided restaurant recommendations, which I found helpful.
The bathroom towels felt a bit thin.

The receptionists, Alex and Loles, offered really good service. They demonstrated an individual approach to every guest. I considered this service experience one of the best I have ever had in the hospitality industry.

i found the location convenient near the city center. the room featured a comfortable bed ensuring i slept well. the staff facilitated printing my flight check-in documents which i found quite helpful.
The gym equipment looked a bit outdated. A few machines required maintenance.
